If you cancel 48 hours prior to rental start date you will recieve a 50% refund, anything after 24 hours will recieve no refund.
Dropoff time: All drop offs will occur between 1pm-6pm the day of the rental.
Pickup time: All pickups occur on the last day of the scheduled rental between 10am-4pm.
Age requirement: Must be 21 years or older to rent.
Speed limit rule: Cart must only be driven on roads of 35 MPH or less.
Passenger capacity: 6 passenger carts are built to accommodate larger groups safely within legal road limits.
Citations & fines: Please note, you are solely responsible for any citations or fines attached to our rental golf cart during your rental period.
Ordinance restrictions: Orange Beach code of ordinances states that golf carts cannot be driven on any of the three aerial roads (Canal Rd, Perdido Beach Blvd / Beachfront Road, Orange Beach Blvd) or any other road that has a speed limit of greater than 25 MPH (i.e. Foley Express by The Wharf).
